AAAA founder, Caine Kapinga hails partners, supporters at 5th Annual African Heritage Event
The founder/CEO of African Advocates Against AIDS Inc, Carine Siltz Kapinga has expressed her heartfelt gratitude to her supporters , partners and donors who has been consistently supporting the street outreach initiative effort for HIV/AIDS Awareness and covid-19 prevention weekly distribution this week.
In a statement signed by the founder and received by Dotolive News Magazine. It was noted that Caine Kapinga showered praises over her donors, partners and supporters.
“We had a great street Distributing PPEs materials, covid-19 Home test kit’s, hands sanitizers, HIV testing sites in Bags, care and treatment services in English, French and Spanish from our partners to the community in needs.”
“We are grateful to receive this week from the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene: 1 box of KN95 Masks, 1 boxes of disposable masks, 2 boxes of hands sanitizers and 1 box if covid-19 Home test kits in support of our street outreach initiative effort to be distributed to the community in needs.”
“We feel so honoured to participate at the 5 annual African heritage month hosted by the African Immigrants’ Commission of NY& CT,Inc. at the Montefiore Einstein hospital, where I was able to share my story as a cancer survivor and raise awareness of the importance of early screening as it can save life” Carine said
“We been able to distribute PPEs materials, HIV resources, hand sanitizers and covid-19 Home test kit’s to the awardees and the audiences, while conveying her Congratulatory messages to President Mory Kouyate/ Alize Lavie and team and the Montefiore Einstein team Alyson for the great event celebrating our African heritage.”
In the same vein, Carine said they had the regular weekly distribution yesterday were they stopped by Christ disciples International ministries food distribution on webster ave, Bronx, NY at 11 a.m.
“On Wednesday, we had a table with resources at the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church food distribution on Gun hill Rd, Bronx, NY at 11am. We also stopped by with resources at the City of faith church of God food distribution, Bronx, NY at 1PM” She said
