Ex-councilors visits Lagelu North LCDA Chairman, Hon. Sodiq, pledges support

The Ex-councilors of Lagelu North LCDA led by Former House Leader, Hon. Hassan Alasalu visits Hon. Sodiq. O. Raji at the LCDA secretariat at Oyedeji.

In his address, the former House leader applauded Governor Seyi Makinde’s style of leadership especially with youth inclusiveness which has changed the phase of politics in Oyo State.  He also hails Hon. Sodiq for his human relation, advocacy for good governance, fairness, equity and justice.

The former leader said Hon. Sodiq has all it takes to govern because of his upbringing

I am not surpised with his style of transparency and hard-working, he emulated it from the wealth of experience and tutelage of the State Women Leader, Alhaja Wule Ibitoye during the SURE-P exercise, she ensure that each of every member benefited the from the dividends of democracy . He said

Hon. Iyabo Gbamgbayan (LG Women leader) also welcomed the LCDA boss, and assured of supports of all ward leaders across the nooks and cranny of the local council, also appreciate the Ex-councilors for the congratulatory visits.

Hon. Sabitu Jelili (Jelad) commended Governor Seyi Makinde for given Hon. Sodiq the opportunity to serve the people of the LCDA and Local Government at large. While appreciating the immediate past Councilors for unwavering support during the last election.

In the same vein, Hon Olusegun Benjamin (LG Youth leader) eulogizes the group of Ex-councilors for the congratulatory visit, he also applauded Gov. Seyi Makinde for youth inclusivity and representation.

In his response, The Vice-Chairman of Lagelu Local Government who also double as the Political head of the LCDA, Hon. Sodiq O Raji express his profound gratitude to the Ex-councilors

“I extend my heartfelt gratitude to you all for support during and after the election and I also thank your for your unwavering support and dedication to the progress and unity Lagelu Local Government and LCDA. Let us continue to work together towards a brighter future for generations to come. He said.
