History was made on Saturday 16th March 2024, when one of the leading real estate giants, Mr. Victor Adeyemo launched his brand (GreenPeace Global Properties Realty Limited) and office in Lagos, Nigeria.
The opening ceremony of the new office was led with prayer by Pastor Adefarati, the MD of the company Mr. Victor Adeyemo expressed his gratitude to the Almighty God and appreciated guests present at the historic event.
In his address, Mr. Victor gave some reasons why he decided to berth a new brand after working under the tutelage of big brand names in the real estate sector for over a decade.
“As “Ebora” of the real estate, I have paid my dues working with the big names and brands in the sector over a decade, I have dot the I’s and crossed the T’s as long as the sector is concern and with great experience, I floated a brand with the name “Greenpeace Global Properties Realty Limited in 2020, and since then, the Lord has been faithful “ He said
While speaking on the many estates under the stable of Greenpeace Global Properties Realty Limited in 2020, Mr Adeyemo assured his old, new, and prospective customers of the new investment scheme and return on investment (ROI) in real estate which can be vary, depending on various factors such as location, property type, market conditions, financing terms, and property management efficiency.
“GreenPeace Global Properties Realty Limited is into 3 arms of Real Estate business, namely: Real Estate Consultancy, Building Development, and Facility Management, with a long list of clients across the South-West and beyond. We have some properties at HarryBest Estate at Eleranpe around Lekki Seaport, Greencity Estate, Highmark Estate, Makun City, Ikoyi in Osun State to mention a few while there are many others in the pipeline. Victor said.
